BBMP Commissioner Siddaiah said on that there is no such document called 'B' khatha, which is ironically enough issued by the Bengaluru maha nagara Palike offices. There is been now a conclusion that every the reason to believe that the 'B' in the 'B' khatha, the semi official document being used in land transactions stands for 'bogus.'
