The land has become inadequate because of the construction of many commercial establishments as a result the developers are not availing the land for the construction, said the sources to the www.propertykhazana.com . The restrictions were put telling that as to how much FSI (Floor Space Index) had to be acquired as the development of skyscrapers also affected the development of metro undertakings.
FSI is nothing but the ratio of the floor area of buildings to the area occupied on the ground. The percentage of FSI followed by major cities were 1.33-3.75%,but also the land was not available for the construction which was reported by the builders at the www.propertykhazana.com , the same as the rates of the land are becoming high because of the introduction of FSI, it stressed on the usage of limited land.

The hotels complexes that are established at Bangalore and Noida are in to the expansion of retail outlets in order to minimize their costs. In other major cities like Hyderabad the FSI followed is high because to provide lodging to the real estate builders, at Mumbai the FSI fixed is low because of the density of the population. This has led to the expansion of places but affecting the overall infrastructure because the land is limited with which the developmental works are to be undertaken.
It is claimed by the sources at the www.propertykhazana.com that the objective of the introduction of the FSI is to develop the real estate builders in making the real estate sector to be developed over the coming years.
