High influence of realty has also not away from the western costal region of India – Goa. According to a source of www.proprtykhazana.com huge number of proposals is flooded at the govt. land authority body for concrete decoration of the beach city. Reacting to the issue Mr. Kamat – Chief Minister of Goa has revealed that the state always welcomes the vision of industrialization and development of the people of the state but the govt. still needs time to rethink at these proposals.
Goa is the smallest state of India and it posses area of around 3702 square kilometer with a population of 1.4 million. As amount of land is very small in size and precious he supported the role of panchayats participation in all these corporate investment programs. Most importantly the Goan govt. does not posses any land for the purpose of allotment as per the sources of www.propertykhazana.com . The entire land is under the sole possession of local public of the state.
Earlier a number of cities of Goa like vasco, Panaji and other coastal regions have experienced the participation of few investors like Pharmaceutical groups like Cipla.
