property for the second home, in a remote
area where the flat would be cheap, with
potential of considerable capital appreciation
and it being within his salary capacity.
There is another school of thought among
investors, that if only capital appreciation is
required, and then it makes better sense to
invest in a plot, where the capital appreciation
would be very high. Besides the above,
