India’s realty giant is planning investments of about Rs. 1000 crores for the development of SEZ venture for the IT companies. Speaking to the www.propertykhazana.com senior DLF official said that the first IT Zone being developed in Nagpur is likely to be completed by 2010 and the venture is spread in area of 140 acres. He further added that the ongoing IT Zone is the part of 3250 acres MMI airport SEZ venture at Nagpur city.
On one side generating pool of job opportunities for the aspirants, both domestic and international IT Companies will operate in the SEZ.
Meantime, the DLF Group revealed the information on its upcoming projects and launched the upcoming integrated Township in Durgapur off West Bengal. The said Township involves the investment of Rs. 4000 crores and will be executed on the PPP model. DLF is simultaneously engaged in the development of 500 Acres Township, An Apparel SEZ, 2 IT Parks and few hospitality projects in Kolkata, added the spokesperson at the www.propertykhazana.com.
