Time required for Villa Khata registration/transfer
Khata registration is done at sub registrar office and after applying for Khata registration along with application and all documents it will take maximum 30 days for Khata registration, transfer, bifurcation and amalgamation while in case property is allotted by BDA or KHB time obtained for Khata registration is only 7 days.
