Block a , we are retaining( main road facing )
block b and c are identical. each block has 2 row villas -- total built- up of each villa is 252 sq mts.
We plan to sell only 2 row villas , so you have a choice of a row villa between block b and c .
I think the best view would probably be from block c. the fields and old goa .
each row villa consists of

--Independent gated entry along with a small balcao type set up leading to a staircase for each row villa.

at this stage if you want any changes to be made, it can be done, within the parameters as the block c has started and is almost ready for the first slab. work got held up a little due to forest permission to cut the trees and it is going to be cleared within this week. so we are starting with the block b as well.
Final posession should be somewhere in the middle or later part of 2013.
