CREDAI or Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India was constructed to systematize the real estate industry in India and provide an honorable code of conduct that is imperative to all the builders and developers. CREDAI is an independent body of over 3500 organized builders and developers from almost all the states and cities from India. CREDAI lies down absolute conditions in order to maintain purity and clarity in realty sector. In front of government and other such authorities, CREDAI voices and represents any dedicated policies of real estate sector in India. CREDAI also include some other tasks such as introduction of latest technology in construction, publication of statistical information, advocacy of interests of construction workers and their education. CREDAI also conducts R&D in construction and property development.
CREDAI also facilitates in providing financial facilities as it keeps admirable relation ship with various financial institutions. Every year CREDAI conducts a national level assemblage and furthermore several city, state & regional level conferences and technical seminars. CREDAI also conducts various exhibitions in many cities such like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Kolkata along with major world trade centers like Dubai (UAE), Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, London (UK), USA and other places. Two of the coherent members of CREDAI are: CREDAI Bengal (formerly City Developers' Forum -- CDF): CREDAI Bengal was founded in 1989. CREDAI NCR: CREDAI NCR includes over 80% of the organized real estate builders and developers of Delhi and NCR.
