The development of complete township, which consists of Airoli, Vashi, Nerul, CBD Belapur, Ghansoli, Sanpada, KoparKhairane, Kharghar, New Panvel, Dronagiri, Kalamboli, Ulwe, JuiKamothe and Pushpak so the fourteen nodes, was recognized. In order to improve the further growth of construction actions the state government represented Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation in the year 1991 and several projects were conveyed to it by the CIDCO.
